刘星，男，重庆大学经济与工商管理学院院长、博士生导师，“技术经济及管理”国家重点学科重要研究方向学术带头人。1991-1992年在香港城市大学参加国际合作研究，1997年获重庆大学管理学博士学位，获国务院“政府特殊津贴”，被评为重庆市首届学术技术带头人，获得重庆市首届“巴渝学者”称号。
